DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS
At SyntaxAI CRM, we respect user privacy and provide a mechanism for users to request deletion of their personal data.
HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION
If you have connected your Facebook account, Facebook Page, or any Meta service with SyntaxAI CRM and would like your data removed from our systems, please submit a deletion request using one of the following methods:
• Email us at: info@syntaxlion.com
• Include your Facebook Account ID, Page ID, or registered email address.
• Mention "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
PROCESSING TIME
Upon verification of your request, we will delete all associated data within 30 days and confirm completion via email.
DATA REMOVED
• Facebook Lead Ads data
• Connected Page information
• Stored OAuth tokens
• CRM lead records associated with the request
• Marketing and automation data linked to the account
